Expanding Joy: The Deeper the Sorrow, the More Joy You Can Contain

Your most valuable assets are time, energy, and money but the most valuable is time, of course. Why? Because once gone, you never get it back. No tool has had more impact on my time than this one: https://rebrand.ly/Simpleology SUMMARY   This principle states that the more pain we experience, the more we can expand our peace, love, and joy. This is because the deeper our sorrows carve into our being, the more joy we can contain. Therefore, it is worth considering that both ways of dealing with pain (by either running away from it or by embracing it) can lead to positive outcomes.   In the winter, we experience the solstice, which is a time when the sun is further away from the Earth and the nights are longer. This can lead to feelings of being stuck or down, but it is also a time when we can go deep within ourselves. As the solstice passes, the energy starts to shift and move towards spring, with the sun moving closer to the Earth and the days getting longer. This is a time of rebirth and renewal, and a time to celebrate our connection with the Earth and with each other.   The speaker discusses how a lot of people are feeling sad or stuck lately, and how this may be due to the solstice. They emphasize that when you are going through a hard time, it only means that you can experience that much more joy. They also mention that when you are feeling crappy, you may find yourself judging and blaming other people. The declaration for this universal principle is I accept myself as I am, therefore I accept you also unconditionally and am open to further understanding.   TIMESTAMPS    0:00:07   The Universal Principle of Pain, Sadness, and Disappointment   0:01:22   The Effects of the Solstice on Our Emotions   0:03:46   The Power of Acceptance   HIGHLIGHTS    Here's the affirmation or declaration again. I accept myself as I am, therefore I accept you also unconditionally and am open to further understanding.   And even if you think of how that would affect the body on an electromagnetic level and a gravitational level, potentially even having the sun a little bit further away, having the nights longer, and the symbolism of the three days of darkness and then the resurrection has a lot to do with the solstice and the sun rising again.   Both ways are great, but I think it's worth at least stopping and considering that as the action goes as above, so below, the sadness or the sorrow and the joy are actually kind of opposite ends of the same stick. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/zenbrain/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/zenbrain/support
